We have over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, and realize that protecting your property and communication are imperative to satisfying our customers.

Our services range from small repairs to large scale projects.  We truly believe that no job is too small. Estimates are always at no charge, and always hassle free, without any high pressure sales tactics! We are construction professionals, not sales professionals.

Roger Watkins | Owner

Roger Watkins, better known as “The Remodeling Guy”, is an experienced Owner/Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Roger is an operations professional with a college education from Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green KY. Roger is skilled in negotiation, operations management, sales, team building, and construction. He and his team at Watkins Home Restoration are ready to bring their wealth of experience to your next home project.

Dakota Watkins

Dakota is a job-site supervisor for Watkins Home Restoration. He spends the majority of his day communicating with home owner and crews to ensure the correct materials are on site, and the job is being done correctly to the customer’s satisfaction.

The goal is to communicate with the home owner to make sure the work is to their liking throughout the process. In the end it’s their home and what they want matters most. I enjoy finishing the job and seeing the smile on the customers face from a job well done. Those are the things that make it worth getting up!

Moriah Watkins

Moriah is a job site supervisor and office team member at Watkins Home Restoration.

She has always been around this type of work as the clean-up crew from a very young age and on the job site with both her father and brother. She communicates with crews and home owners to make certain the job is done to the home owner’s expectation. She also helps with office paperwork, accounting, and customer invoicing.”
